What type of fabric do you use for your sets?
Our Mulberry Silk Sets are crafted from 100% Pure 19momme Mulberry Silk. Our Local Silk Sets are crafted from Local Charmeuse Silk. Our Casual and Lounge Sets are crafted from 70% Polyester 30% Spandex.
What is the difference between Mulberry silk and Local silk?
Both fabrics are comfortable however there is a significant difference between the two in terms of softness and appearance. Mulberry silk is the highest quality of silk fabric and has great draping quality which is not present in local silk. Mulberry silk also shimmers rather than shines. Local silk is thicker and appears shinier. That said, both fabrics are comfortable and soft to the touch.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally via DHL Express Worldwide. Rates will be calculated at checkout. We offer FREE DHL Express Worldwide shipping on all orders over $ 500 (Customs Duties & Taxes are not included)
When will my order arrive?
For local orders: You can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days via LBC. Alternatively, you can sms/viber us at +639173274266 to arrange pick-up via Lalamove or Grab. For International orders: You can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days via DHL express.
How long is the lead time for Made to Order/Pre-ordered sets?
MTO sets will require a lead time of 5-7 days, depending on the volume of orders.
Do you accept returns for monogrammed or bespoke orders?
Unfortunately we don’t accept returns for monogrammed or bespoke orders.
Do you accept returns for non-monogrammed orders?
Yes. We do, provided that the item to be returned is unused, not damaged and is in its original packaging. Our return policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, kindly shoot us an email at info@shopkatrinajean.com
